Physical activity is a fundamental part of the Ca Ye Cualli Integrative Health Program; As we all know, exercise can improve health, reduce the risk of developing various diseases, and can have immediate and long-term health benefits that improve quality of life. Our physical activity advice is designed according to the conditions and needs of each patient, but the main practice we recommend is the Aztec Dance.

Our knowledge of the Aztec Culture on body performance allows us to provide a new approach so that physical activity is carried out in an ideal way through the practice of the Aztec Dance, which is an exercise that brings many benefits to the body, since it requires great gifts of energy, timing, and concentration; it is ideal for our current way of life as outstanding, high performance results are achieved with just a few minutes of daily practice, to strengthen the body, reverse multiple diseases, and maintain health.

The Danza Azteca, or Aztec Dance, when practiced in its original form, is both an aerobic and anaerobic exercise that strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular functions, bone health, and reduces the risk of noncommunicable diseases and depression, among other conditions. It strengthens the body along with the mind and soul, connecting us with our deepest selves.
